The Buncrana Chamber of Commerce would like to thank all those who have purchased The Chamber of Commerce Gift Vouchers throughout this year and especially during this Christmas period.
In the run up to Christmas, over €10,000 of vouchers have been purchased by, local businesses, local people and community groups. We are extremely grateful to all individuals and organisations for their support. We hope everyone who receives a voucher will enjoy their shopping experience in the Buncrana area.

New voucher available September 2008
The Buncrana Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the redesign of the Buncrana Gift Voucher and successful Shop Local Campaign.
The new design is more colourful and vibrant with a distinct blue hue but still echoes previous editions of the voucher. Originally vouchers were sold in fixed denominations of €10, €20, €50, €100 but the new style vouchers can now be written for general denominations including multiples of €5.00, making them much more convenient. However the Chamber is anxious to state that the older vouchers are still valid.
The new vouchers are available for purchase from the Chamber Office at the Tourist Office or Mac's Bookshop, Main Street.
What is so different about the Buncrana Gift Voucher is the versatility of use as it can be redeemed with any of our members, so it is almost a currency in itself. It gives you access to a wide variety of purchases and services, from grocery, clothing, jewellery, beauty, hospitality, to the local accountants, solicitors and even household or car fuel.
For business, it can be purchased as a staff incentive or to replace bonuses. Staff do not pay tax on them as they are a gift and they are tax deductible.
